Clinical particulars:
Most effective antibiotic for de-escalation therapy of severe and life-threatening infection caused by poly-resistant bacteria in any localization, especially:
- Bacterial meningitis
- septicemia
- Severe nosocomial pneumonia and VAP
- Intraabdominal sepsis
- Post-surgical complication
- Severe necrotized skin and soft tissue infection
- Febrile neutropenia
- Drug of choice in cases of previously ineffective courses of antibiotic treatment

1 vial contains 0.5 g or 1.0 g of active substance
STERILE INTRAVENOUSLY
