PEFLOXABOL®
(pefloxacin)
Clinical particulars:Synthetic chemotherapeutic antibiotic of the fluoroquinolone drug class with broad-spectrum of activity. In the adult population Pefloxabol® is used to treat severe and life threatening bacterial infections, such as:
- lower respiratory tract, incl. pneumonia and acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis
- Infections of skin and soft tissues
- genitourinary tract infections, incl. PID
- intra-abdominal infections
- complicated urinary tract infections
- bone and joint infections
- bacterial infections in the gastrointestinal system
Pefloxabol® can be used for perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis of septic complications.
Pharmaceutical form: ready-for-use solution for intravenous infusion
Each bottle contains 100 mL of the 4 mg/mL pefloxacin solution

Store in a dry place protected from light at temperature not higher than 25°C.
