Clinical particulars:
Ciprofloxabol®, a fluoroquinolone, is a synthetic broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent for intravenous (I.V.) administration. Demonstrates efficacy against infections caused by polyresistant gram-negative bacteria. Due to excellent activity against a wide range of gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms widely use for the treatment of the following infections:
- lower respiratory tract infections incl. nosocomial pneumonia (in adults)
- uncomplicated and complicated urinary tract infections (in adults)
- uncomplicated and complicated intra-abdominal infections (in adults)
- septicemia (in adults)
- empirical therapy for febrile neutropenic patients (in adults)
- soft tissue infections (in adults)
- bone and joint infections (in adults)
- lower respiratory tract infections due to P. aeruginosa (in pediatric patients 1 to 17 years of age)
- treatment and post-exposure prevention of inhalational anthrax (in adults and pediatric patients 1 to 17 years of age)
Pharmaceutical form: 0.2% ready-for-use infusion solutions in 5% Dextrose Injection
100 mL single dose glas vial, each containing of 200 mg ciprofloxacin

Store in a dry place protected from light at temperature not higher than 25°C.
